A person, partnership, corporation or other entity shall be entitled to receive a registration as general, plumbing, mechanical, electrical or maintenance contractor if the following regulations are met:
(A) An application form indicating the name, address, phone number and type of registration has been submitted to the Building Department of the county;
(B) All applications for registration as a licensed plumbing contractor shall submit a copy of current state license;
(C) The registration fee as shown in § 112.36 has been paid;
(D) The person, partnership or corporation has furnished proof of worker’s compensation insurance;
(E) Such insurance shall be maintained in full force and effect during the registration period; liability insurance to be a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence. Upon cancellation, the insurance underwriter shall notify the County Building Department; and
(F) The person, partnership or corporation has furnished a permit bond in the amount of $25,000 for general contractors and $10,000 for all other trades (licensed plumbing contractors need not submit the bond).
