(A) Upon submission of the application for transient merchant’s license, the person, firm, limited liability company or corporation, both as principals and agents, must file a bond with the County Auditor in the sum of $750 or three times the value of the goods, wares and merchandise to be offered for sale or sold as shown by the inventory filed with the application, whichever sum is greater, with the bond issued in favor of the state.
(B) The Board of Commissioners, at its discretion, may reduce or waive the bond requirement; however, this may only be done annually.
