(A) If the grant is awarded to the county and/or applicant, a copy of the award letter and all other paperwork received must be provided to the Auditor’s office.
(B) Any communication, correspondence or changes made between the applicant and grantor will be provided to the Auditor’s office. There will be no exceptions to this requirement.
(C) It is the responsibility of the county department or applicant to comply with the grantor’s reporting requirements. Final reports will be given to the Auditor.
