§ 94.068 BUILDING INSPECTOR DUTIES.
   (A)   The County Highway Department Superintendent, in determining whether or not to approve a driveway permit, shall consult whatever other persons and or officials as he or she, in his or her discretion, deems is necessary to make a determination on the issuance of a driveway permit.
   (B)   The requirements of §§ 155.135 through 155.142 of this code is applicable to driveway permits.
