§ 94.022 DUMPING TRASH AND GARBAGE.

If shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dump, discard or otherwise dispose of any trash, junk, refuse or garbage in or upon any public road or right-of-way except by placing such material in a receptacle provided for such purpose.
