§ 92.06 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   (A)   The County Sheriff, his or her agents, employees or assigns may issue a notice of violation. The first notice of violation will be mailed via regular U.S. mail. Each subsequent notice will be sent via certified mail to the last known owner at the last known address.
   (B)   The notice of violation shall state the name of the violator, the location of the violation, the date and time of the violation and the penalties for the violation.
   (C)   A notice of violation shall be served upon the violator at the violator’s last known address. Service shall be complete upon the mailing (regardless of the receipt of the notice) or posting of the notice at the alarm site.
