(A) For each violation of this chapter, the violator will be subject to a fine of not less than $200 and not more than $2,500 per day, per violation. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate and distinct violation.
(B) Said fine, upon payment, shall be deposited by the County Auditor into the fund set forth: 7351 Ordinance Violations Fund.
(C) The County Board of Commissioners may, at its discretion, file suit in the court of appropriate jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The violator shall be subject to court costs and reasonable attorney fees associated with the enforcement of the chapter.
(D) Nothing in this chapter shall limit any right of action by surrounding property owners or occupants for any acts which may also constitute a violation under this chapter.
