§ 91.09 REVOCATION.
   (A)   A permit issued under this chapter may be revoked after public hearing for any of the following causes:
      (1)   Fraud, misrepresentation or any false statement contained in the application for the special event permit;
      (2)   Any violation of this chapter or any other ordinance or regulation of the county or other applicable law; and
      (3)   The applicant demonstrates an inability or unwillingness to conduct the special event in accordance with the terms and conditions of this chapter or any other ordinance or regulation.
   (B)   Notice of the public hearing for revocation of a permit shall be given by the County Board of Commissioners to the applicant, in writing, setting forth specifically the grounds of complaint and the time and place of hearing. Such notice shall be personally served, or may be mailed, postage prepaid, to the permittee at his, her or its local address as set forth on the application, at least three days prior to the date set for the hearing. The decision of the Hearing Board shall be final.
