Final action on a completed special events permit shall consist of one of the following:
(A) Authorization that a special events permit be issued in accordance with the terms of the completed application found to be in compliance with this chapter;
(B) Authorization that a special event permit will be issued with the terms and conditions modified and agreed to between the Board of Commissioners and the applicant; or
(C) Denial of the special event permit application by the Board of Commissioners.
