§ 91.07 APPROVAL.
   Completed application forms shall be submitted to the County Auditor. The Auditor shall place the application on the agenda for the Board of Commissioners’ regular meeting. The Board of Commissioners will review the completed application at a public meeting. The Board of Commissioners reserve the right to deny permit applications which pose a significant danger or threat to the public health, welfare, or safety, or which may result in unreasonable inconvenience or cost to the public. The Board of Commissioners shall take final action upon a completed application for a special event permit as soon as practical. The Town of Spencer must approve any use of their sidewalks and streets during a special event.
