§ 90.31 PROHIBITIONS.
   No person, group of persons, company, firm, corporation or any other entity shall, without a license from the state:
   (A)   Operate an illegal junk yard; or
   (B)   For gain or hire, store or dispose of any junk as defined by this subchapter except in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations.
