§ 73.22 ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER.
   Unless otherwise prohibited by state law, all law enforcement officers having jurisdiction in the county, including officers of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
