§ 70.35 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMISSIONERS. The Board of Commissioners of Owen County, Indiana.
   ROADWAY. A publicly maintained right-of-way open for the use of public or vehicular travel in the unincorporated areas of Owen County, Indiana.
