§ 70.16 APPLICATION TO COUNTY ROADWAYS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, or cause to be driven or operated, on any county roadway within the jurisdiction of the county, a motor vehicle with a gross weight which exceeds eight tons. This provision excludes farm equipment, buses, emergency vehicles and/or any other vehicle exempted by state law.
