§ 30.007 LEGAL REPRESENTATION FOR MEMBERS OF COUNTY EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATIVE AND FISCAL BODIES.

The county shall provide, through the County Attorney, legal services and representation for any and all members of the County Board of Commissioners who are sued individually as a result of the performance of said individual’s duties as Commissioner.
