§ 40.080 HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES.
   The following fees shall be charged for services performed by the County Health Department:

Registration fees for permanent food establishments are due by January 31 of each year.
Late registration fee is $5 per day for every day delinquent; not to exceed $300; fees ordinance for food code violations is as adopted by county.
