(A) All monthly fees collected except for the 3% administrative fee shall be remitted to the Treasurer of the county, within ten days after the last day of the calender quarter.
(B) The service supplier shall provide a fee collection report to the Auditor (fiscal officer) of the county at the same time the collected fees are remitted.
(C) The service supplier shall prepare the report on a form provided by the County Auditor.
