A monthly fee of $2.02 per telephone access line or other exchange access facility will be collected by the service supplier to pay the lease, purchase or maintenance of enhanced emergency telephone equipment including necessary computer hardware, software and database provisioning, and the rates associated with the service suppliers enhanced emergency telephone system network services.
