§ 40.016 FORECLOSURES.
   (A)   There should be and there is hereby establishes the following authorized charges by the Sheriff of the county:
 
Sheriff mortgage foreclosure sale cost
$125
 
   (B)   The monies collected from the Sheriff mortgage foreclosure sale costs fees shall be deposited in the County General Fund for appropriation of the operating expenses of the Sheriff’s Department.
