(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 39.015 through 39.018 may be subject to a fine of $250 per day not to exceed $2,500. Each day of such unlawful activity constitutes a separate offense. Any such action for mandatory or injunctive relief may be joined with an action to recover the penalties provided for in this code, plus the cost of filing and reasonable attorney fees. The assessment of a monetary penalty shall in no way limit the operation of the penalties provided elsewhere in this code of ordinances.
