§ 39.096 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COUNTY EMPLOYEE. Any individual employed by Owen County, State of Indiana, for whom FICA is withheld from the individual’s paycheck or salary by the county.
