(A) The department head/elected official/county employee must immediately notify the County Auditor that the credit card of the named cardholder should be returned to the Auditor.
(B) The department head/elected official shall complete the return of credit card form (Attachment A of the ordinance codified herein) and forward it to the County Auditor.
(C) Upon voluntary or involuntary termination of employment of the cardholder, the credit card must be:
(1) Turned into the cardholder’s department head/elected official; or
(2) Forwarded to the County Auditor.
