The Board of Commissioners authorizes the Auditor to distribute payroll to county employees in the morning of its bi-weekly meetings unless the Auditor has concerns about a specific payroll matter, in which case the Auditor shall not distribute those payroll checks he or she has concern about and bring the matter before the Board at its meeting on that date.
