(A) The department head/elected official/county employee must immediately notify the County Auditor that the credit card of the named cardholder should be returned to the Auditor.
(B) The department head/elected official shall complete the return of credit card form and forward it to the County Auditor.
(C) Upon voluntary or involuntary termination of employment of the cardholder, the credit card must be:
(1) Turned in to the cardholder’s department head/elected official; or
(2) Forwarded to the County Auditor.
