§ 38.077 CANCELLATION OF SOLICITATION; REJECTION OF OFFER.
   When the purchasing agency determines it is in the best interests of the governmental body for a solicitation to be canceled; or offers to be rejected, in whole or in part, the reasons for a cancellation of a solicitation or rejection of offers must be made a part of the contract file.
