(A) A purchasing agent may make purchases for normal operation of the county business in an amount no greater than $10,000.
(B) The purchases may be made without inviting or receiving quotes, bids or RFPs. These purchases must be made for normal operation of the county activities.
(C) The amounts must be verified by a purchase order and/or quote prior to approval, unless an emergency exists.
