§ 38.004 PURCHASING AGENT; DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The purchasing agency, or its designated agent, is responsible for maintaining all proposals, quotes, bids and shall publish any and all notices required by this section in compliance with I.C. 5-3-1 et seq.
