§ 38.003 ESTABLISHMENT OF PURCHASING AGENT.

   The purchasing agency, hereby establishes the following as purchasing agents for the county:

   (A)   All elected officials;

   (B)   County Highway Superintendent;

   (C)   County EMA Director;

   (D)   Officer of Veteran Affairs;

   (E)   Building Inspector;

   (F)   Health Services Manager;

   (G)   Maintenance Supervisor;

   (H)   Director of Informational Technology;

   (I)   County EMS Director;

   (J)   Director of Building and Planning; and

   (K)   Executive Director of Owen County Communications Center.
