(A) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SMOKING. The holding of, the carrying of or inhalation or exhalation of smoke from a lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe or similar smoking device.
(B) Smoking shall be prohibited in all places with the county courthouse. There should no longer be designated smoking areas.
(C) The County Board of Health shall post signs in the county courthouse stating that smoking is completely prohibited within the building.
