§ 36.15 CAGIT DISTRIBUTION.
   The County Council hereby adopts this subchapter to permit the use of the county’s portion of the county adjusted gross income tax (CAGIT) for the purposes of public safety and the same shall be distributed and used in accordance with I.C. 6-3.5 et seq.
