§ 131.01 INJURY TO OR REMOVAL OF PROPERTY.

No person shall willfully, maliciously, wantonly, negligently or otherwise injure, deface, destroy or remove real property or improvements thereto, or moveable or personal property within the corporate limits of the city, belonging to any unit of government or to any person without their consent.
