§ 113.009 HOURS OF SALE.

(A) No sale of 3.2% malt liquor shall be made on any Sunday between the hour of 1:00 a.m. and the hour of 12:00 noon, nor after the hour of 8:00 p.m. on any December 24.

(B) No sale of 3.2% malt liquor shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday, Monday through Saturday, both inclusive.
