§ 90.06 ANIMAL PENS AND PREMISES KEPT CLEAN.
   An animal owner shall keep any animal houses or enclosure on his or her premises clean, sanitary and free from animal odors and filth which would tend to become or constitute a nuisance to one or more property owners situated nearby.
