(A) Minimum charges.
(1) The minimum charge per month for any user of water services shall be $7.12 plus $13.22 for water equipment repair and maintenance, this includes the first 1,000 gallons of water. In addition, for every 1,000 gallons thereafter, or fraction thereof, a charge of $5.48 will be applied.
(2) The minimum charge per month per unit of a MDU (multi-dwelling unit, reference § 52.26 of this code) for water services shall be $7.12 plus $13.22 for water equipment repair and maintenance, this includes 1,000 gallons of water per unit. In addition, for every 1,000 gallons thereafter, or fraction thereof, a charge of $5.48 will be applied.
(B) Audit surcharge. A water utility audit surcharge in the amount of $6 per month to begin the first billing cycle after commencement of petition audit by the State Auditor and to remain in effect until all costs of audit are paid.
