(A) Solid wastes shall be deposited at a processing facility or disposal area approved by the city and complying with all requirements of the state’s Solid Waste Management Law, RSMo. §§ 260.200 to 260.245, and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder. The city may designate the processing or disposal facility to be utilized by persons holding permits under this chapter.
(B) The Board may classify certain wastes as hazardous wastes which will require special handling and shall be disposed of only in a manner acceptable to the Board which will meet all local, state, and federal regulations.
