§ 36.051 VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any officer or employee of the city to make or attempt to make any purchase or employ or attempt to employ any labor or services for and in behalf of the city, except by duly issued requisition or approved contract or approval of the Board of Aldermen as hereinabove provided.
