§ 36.015 BUDGET; WHEN.
   Prior to the commencement of each fiscal year, the Mayor, City Clerk, City Collector, and Chief of Police shall submit a detailed estimate of the expenses to be incurred by them in performing the duties of their office and each committee shall prepare an estimate of its expenses to be incurred in the operation of its department for the following year and submit same to the Finance, Taxes, Claims, and Supplies Committee so that it can prepare the budget hereinafter required of it to be submitted to the Board.
