§ 130.106 POSSESSION OR PURCHASE OF SOLVENTS TO AID OTHERS IN VIOLATIONS, PROHIBITED; VIOLATIONS.
   No person shall intentionally possess or buy any solvent, particularly toluol, for the purpose of inducing or aiding any other person to violate the provisions of §§ 130.104 to 130.105.
