No manufactured home, modular unit, or mobile home shall be set up within the corporate limits of the city unless it is placed upon a city lot a minimum of 45 feet in width, and unless it is set up and maintained a minimum distance of 45 feet from any permanent structure which is not attached to the manufactured home, modular unit, or mobile home and 20 feet from any adjoining property line.
