§ 152.12 SERVICE BUILDINGS AND OTHER SERVICE FACILITIES.
   (A)   Any person desiring to furnish temporary facilities for accommodating a travel trailer rally or other group of trailers assembled for the purpose of traveling together shall make application for such activity to the Mayor. The requirements for a service building and other sanitary and physical facilities may be waived by the health authority on the determination that public health will not be endangered, but the location of the site, the facilities which are provided, and the method for conducting such rally shall be acceptable to the health authority before a special license shall be issued specifying the location of the site, the period of operation not to exceed ten days, and any conditions of issuance.
   (B)   Cooking shelters, barbecue pits, fireplaces, and wood-burning stoves shall be so located, constructed, maintained, and used as to minimize fire hazard and smoke nuisance both on the property on which used and on neighboring property. No open fire shall be permitted except in facilities provided. No open fire shall be left unattended. No fuel shall be used and no material burned which emits dense smoke or objectionable odors.
