§ 152.02 LOCATION OUTSIDE MOBILE HOME PARKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful, within the limits of the city, for any reason to park any trailer, mobile home, manufactured home, or modular unit on any street, alley, or highway, or other public place, or on any tract of land owned by a person, occupied or unoccupied, within the city except as provided in this chapter.
   (B)   No person shall park or occupy any trailer, mobile home, manufactured home, or modular unit on the premises of any occupied dwelling.
   (C)   No person shall park or occupy any trailer, mobile home, manufactured home, or modular unit on any lot of less than 5,165 square feet with a minimum lot width of 45 feet unless located in a mobile home park.
