§ 130.139 UNLAWFUL REMOVAL OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND THE LIKE FROM PUBLIC WAYS.
   No person shall remove from any roadway, alley, or other public way in the city, any gravel, rock, or other material forming part of, or placed thereon by the city for the construction, maintenance, and repair of such roadway, alley, or other public way.
