§ 112.07 DUPLICATE PERMITS.
   Whenever any cigarette permit issued under the provisions of this chapter is defaced, destroyed, or lost, the City Collector shall issue a duplicate permit for the defaced, destroyed, or lost permit, upon the payment of a fee of $5.
