§ 92.01 OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS OF PARKS.
   No person shall occupy or use any park or recreational area of the city, or any of the facilities thereof, or cause his or her motor vehicle to be stopped and parked in any of the area thereof, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. (midnight) to 6:00 a.m.
