§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)    Any person who fails to comply with the requirements of § 91.18 is guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50.
