§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Persons convicted of § 90.15 shall be fined not more than $500 or be imprisoned not more than 90 days, or shall be punished by both such fine and imprisonment.
