§ 90.02 ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER.
   (A)   It is hereby established the position of animal control officer. The officer shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent and approval of the majority of the members of the Board of Aldermen.
   (B)   The animal control officer will be under the supervision of the Chief of Police of the city. The animal control officer shall be of good character.
   (C)   It shall be the duty of the animal control officer to enforce all provisions of this chapter which regulates animals in the city.
