§ 74.070 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DRIVE, DRIVING, OPERATES, or OPERATING. Physically driving or operating a motor vehicle.
   INTOXICATED CONDITION. A person is in an INTOXICATED CONDITION when he or she is under the influence of alcohol, a controlled substance, or drug, or any combination thereof.
   LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER or ARRESTING OFFICER. Includes the definition of law enforcement officer in RSMo. § 556.061(32), and military police officers conducting traffic enforcement operations on a federal military installation under military jurisdiction in the state.
