§ 74.047 RIDING BICYCLES, SLEDS, ROLLER SKATES, BY ATTACHING TO ANOTHER VEHICLE, PROHIBITED.
   No person riding upon any bicycle, motorized bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled, or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway.
