§ 71.048 ALTERATION, PRODUCTION, OR SALE OF INVALID INSURANCE CARD, MISDEMEANOR.
   No person shall alter an invalid insurance card to make it appear valid. No person knowingly shall make, sell, or otherwise make available an invalid or counterfeit insurance card.
